Your satisfaction is our priority. Here's how to proceed if there's a problem with your order.
Checking on delivery
We invite you to check your parcel as soon as it arrives, with the courier present. If a decant is damaged or does not match your order, report it immediately.
Return conditions
Because of the nature of the products (perfumes repackaged as decants), only defective, damaged or incorrect items are eligible for return. The request must be made within 48h of receipt, with the product unused.
Exchange or refund
Once your request is approved, we offer either a product exchange or a full refund, shipping included when the error is on our side.
